In a recent interview with Bandera, Bayola acknowledged that in 2012, he had sold his laptop to Rivera, the Eat Bulaga dancer with whom he had appeared in the viral video.

Furthermore, to ensure that the video would not spread, he deleted all the data before handing her the equipment. However, according to Bayola, the files were retrieved when Rivera brought her recently purchased laptop to a service facility in Quezon City for repair.

Bayola hastily sought the assistance of his buddies who work for the National Bureau of Investigation as soon as the video went viral. Although the NBI could identify the video’s origin, it was unclear if Rivera or a service center member was responsible for the leak.

Moreover, according to Badera, the service center has been shut down since the NBI requested assistance while looking into Wally’s complaint.

It was claimed that Bayola would not appear on Eat Bulaga after the controversy was made public. Malau Choa Fagar, the comic’s manager, claimed the comedian “will lie low from the program.”

He called other members of Eat Bulaga and fellow comic and close friend Jose Manalo before he even considered real squeezing the trigger.

Manalo, one of his best friends, then advised him to speak with his daughter, 17, who is undergoing treatment for a rare eye cancer in the hospital.

The comedian stated that when he got near her, he was speechless. However, she said, ‘Ikaw Kasi Papa, eh.’. They both prayed together, and at that time, the comedian was crying hard, which made him feel much better.
