After months of waiting, Rakha was finally granted permission to move forward with the lawsuit in February, provided she paid the court fees. However, as of now, none of the defendants have been served with any notice of the legal proceedings against them. According to court records, she was notified of the update in March via postal mail to her home address in New York City.

A recording of her ex-husband, a former independent wrestler, confessing to filing numerous false police reports against her as well as fake reports to Child Protective Services surfaced and spread online.
