Piolo Pascual, an actor,  singer, model, and producer has stated that he and Shaina Magdayao, an actress, have been dating exclusively for the past five years.

Since 2012, when the couple was sighted together in Singapore during an ASAP concert tour, they have been linked romantically. Shaina previously stated that she wants her next partner to be the man she marries, thus she has refrained from pushing the arrangement further.

Piolo said that he finds it difficult to categorize their connection and added that they simply value and cherish what they have.

Magdayao first started dating Filipino actor, comedian, dancer, TV host, director, model, and entrepreneur John Prats. From 2008 until 2012, the couple was in a relationship for two years.

After her breakup with John, she dated another Filipino actor, model, and occasional TV personality named John Llyod Cruz. In June 2010, the actor formally announced his romance with Magdayao. But in April, Magdayao also disclosed that she had split with the actor. In a text message to PEP, Shaina stated,

“To end all speculations, I confirm that John Lloyd and I have agreed to end our relationship.”

The model was also in a relationship with Sam Milby, although their relationship didn’t last long. It began in December 2012 and ended in June 2013.
