Their love story climaxed on December 12, 2015, when David surprised Ashleigh with a proposal on the 18th green of the renowned Emirates Golf Club during the Dubai Ladies Masters.

Overwhelmed with joy, Ashleigh eagerly accepted, and a year later, on December 15, 2016, they exchanged vows and became husband and wife.
