According to an arrest warrant, an alert passerby spotted Solo in a disturbing state behind the wheel of her vehicle.
Reports indicate that she had been unconscious for over an hour while the engine was left running, and her two children were seated in the back.
An officer who came to the scene could smell alcohol, and the warrant said that she rejected a field sobriety test, so her blood was taken instead.
