The woman was reportedly approached by the culprit, Sebastian Zapeta, 33, who used a lighter to fire her garments. EMS declared her unalive at the site despite efforts to put out the fire.

After the attack, Zapeta was swiftly taken into custody by police after high school students identified him from security footage.
