According to the wrongful death suit, Burgos-Aviles allegedly arranged a meeting involving their son with Hernandez at Father McNaboe Park on April 9, 2018.

The suit claims that the defendant organized this encounter as a means to eliminate what he perceived as a “problem.”

“It is believed that the injuries inflicted by the defendant did not result in immediate death, causing both victims to suffer excruciating pain and agony before eventually succumbing to their injuries and passing away.”

Hernandez and her son were fatally stabbed. Their bodies were discovered in a secluded wooded area, accompanied by an empty stroller and scattered belongings.

If found guilty, Brugos-Aviles may face capital punishment.

According to the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Hernandez’s family.

It is alleged that Burgos-Aviles entered into a relationship with Hernandez while he was living with another woman with whom he had children.

Hernandez informed Burgos-Aviles about her pregnancy and initially expressed her intention to raise the child independently. Their son, Dominic, was born on July 26, 2016.

At a later point, the late partner of Anthony decided to pursue her education and aspire to become a nurse.

In the spring of 2018, she reached out to Burgos Aviles for financial support regarding daycare expenses and bills.

The lawsuit claims that Burgos-Aviles responded with resistance and anger, expressing concerns about the impact on his other relationships and his job.

Although the murder weapon was not recovered, the prosecution revealed that they had evidence suggesting Burgos-Aviles panicked and made errors while attempting to cover up the crime.

Allegedly, he took victims’ cell phones and placed them in his truck, along with a belt keeper with blood droplets on them.

Grizelda Hernandez Autopsy Details

As mentioned above, Anthony Burgos Aviles brutally murdered his rumored wife and son Dominic Alexander in a horrific way. 

Grizelda’s autopsy revealed that she had 27 stab wounds on i.e. her head, face, chest, back, arms, and hands.

Likewise, the autopsy report revealed that Anthony was Dominic’s father with a probability of 99.99%.  

The trial proceedings aim to determine Burgos-Aviles’ guilt or innocence, seeking justice for the victims and their families.

If found guilty of double murder, Burgos-Aviles could potentially face the death penalty.

The investigation into the case is ongoing, with authorities working to gather more information about the relationship between Aviles and Hernandez.
