Both the man and the woman had suffered gunshot wounds, according to the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD).

The SAPD has classified the case as “capital murder” and is treating the unborn child as a victim as well.

The investigation into the cause of death and the identity of the victims is ongoing, with the medical examiner’s office conducting a thorough examination.

It is worth noting that Savanah’s family has previously mentioned that Guerra had a history of abusing her.
