Famous American singer Mickey Guyton is under stress as her son was sick with a stomach virus, which caused her baby boy to be dehydrated.
However, there have been no reports of the singer being ill herself. Moreover, Guyton revealed with ‘Distractify‘ about her son’s health scare and motherhood.
During her baby’s health scare, Guyton revealed she gained perspective about her childhood.
Guyton revealed that her son’s recovery was trending in the right path. Also, her son was released from the ICU hours. The arriving doctors realized that they were merely dealing with a severe dehydration case.
Because her son was in better health and had her husband take care of him for a night, the singer appeared at the 2021 American Music Awards.
Also, Guyton performed her hit “All American” and entertained the crowd at the event.

Guyton posted on Twitter, mentioning that her baby boy was sick with a stomach virus, which caused him to be dehydrated.
The “Remember Her Name” singer thanked doctors after receiving help from the medical personnel as her son was hospitalized several days ago.
Mickey revealed on Twitter that her 9-month-old son Grayson was being sent to the intensive care unit. She wrote:
Seeing my child like this was truly terrifying. My baby boy is doing much better, all signs are stable and improving. He is weak because of dehydration. Sadly, he has lost weight from not being able to retain any liquid.
My baby boy is a fighter. Thankfully, his labs are showing he is headed in the right direction.
Moreover, she asked her fans’ prayers as the singer posted an update and a picture of her husband, Grant Savoy, holding their kid. However, the young child was “not in the clear” but still “on the mend,” as per the update.
Mickey Guyton Son was Born Ill
Singer Mickey Guyton and her husband, Grant Savoy, welcomed a son named Grayson in February. Likewise, the two announced their child’s birth with a photo of him next to a teddy bear.
The 37-year-old singer attributed her son’s healing to prayers. Also, she said their family doctor was responsible for Grayson’s healing by securing a hospital bed.
On Instagram, Mickey mentioned that the family doctor “saved her baby’s life.”
Felt every single prayer lifted up over him. My baby boy was stabilized and released from the ICU. My baby us getting better, it’s just going to take some time.
The singer revealed, hinting at her son’s birth, that the moment was the most complex and beautiful thing she had ever done.
