American soccer player Mallory Swanson, who is more commonly known as Mallory Pugh, has a white ethnicity. 

Mallory Swanson is an American professional soccer player who currently plays as a forward for the Chicago Red Stars in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) and the United States women’s national soccer team. 

Swanson has been widely regarded as one of the most talented young players in American soccer. She made her debut for the United States women’s national team in 2016 at the age of 18 and has since become a regular member of the squad.

They started dating for three years before getting engaged in December 2021. On December 10210, 2022, they were hitched. Mallory started to use her married name in 2023.

Mallory Swanson and her teammates have won the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup. She is the youngest talented player to be selected to play for the United States national team in an Olympic qualification competition.

Mallory Diane Swanson, 23, began playing soccer when she was just four years old. She was motivated to enter this field by her parents and sister because she comes from an athletic community.

She joined the UCLA soccer team on April 17, 2017, after graduating from Mountain Vista High School in Highlands Ranch, where she had been a student from 2012 to 2016.

Mallory Swanson Parents – Who Are They?

Mallory Pugh is the daughter of Horace Pugh (Father) and Karen Pugh ( Mother ) born on April 29, 1998. Her father was a former football player who also did track, while her mother was a long-distance runner.

Swanson was a member of the club’s competitive squad from the U-11 through the U-18 levels, however she started playing recreational soccer at the U-5 level.

She frequently practiced with the club’s Boys Development Academy team during her final two years with the team.Swanson was instrumental in Real Colorado’s state championships in 2010 and 2011.

Moreover, the squad reached the Elite Clubs National League finals in both 2013 and 2014. Real Colorado won state and regional titles at the U-16 level before finishing second at nationals. Swanson was selected regional tournament MVP that year.

Swanson has a older sibling named Brianna and she is also a soccer player. Swanson cites her older sister Brianna as the inspiration for  getting into  sport as she always looked up to her as a role model.
