The primary officer who arrived at the location, situated on the 1200 block of East Ashley Avenue, at approximately 10 p.m., described encountering a sizeable scene, including a golf cart that had toppled over and numerous casualties are strewn about the wreckage.

The accused, Komoroski, aged 25, has been charged with reckless vehicular homicide and three counts of driving under the influence causing death, with the possibility of imprisonment ranging from one to 25 years for each DUI count.
As of Monday afternoon, she was being held in the Charleston County jail, and there is no record of whether she has retained legal representation.
