According to Deputy Commissioner David Hudson as he told the media outlets recently:
There are two situations that we believe the accused talked to – one was a former officer, and the other was not.
The officer also revealed that who made the call had not yet been determined.
However, Lamarre-Condon allegedly used Baird’s phone to delete messages and posed as the deceased to throw investigators off track.
