“16 & Pregnant” star Autumn Crittendon’s cause of passing has been revealed three months after she passed away.

According to TMZ, the late star’s official cause of death was revealed by the Virginia Department of Health as toxicity from fentanyl and para-fluoro fentanyl.

The manner of her passing has reportedly been listed as accidental.
