Luna also revealed that she was left infertile. Moreover, she was in constant pain after a ‘botched’ surgery.
Argentine actress Luna dealt with permanent kidney damage after the controversial medical procedure. The surgery was supposed to give her a big bottom.
Sadly, Luna was on medication until her death. Similarly, she underwent the procedure in 2011.
Reportedly, Luna paid 10 thousand Argentine Pesos (approximately £700) at a medical facility in Buenos Aires.
Dr. Anibal Lotocki recommended against the procedure because he allegedly wanted to exploit her to boost his reputation. Also, the surgeon wanted to be recognized as “the plastic surgeon of the stars.”
During the procedure, tiny glass-like acrylic beads, including fat from other parts of her body, were injected as a piece of the contentious surgery.
Luna’s bottom had the substance injected underneath the skin. This gave it a firm and round shape.
Furthermore, the surgery’s first stage caused her severe pain and weakness. However, Luna considered it an average side effect and proceeded to the second stage.
Later, she sued the surgeon Dr. Anibal Lotocki. Also, he was sentenced to 4 years in prison and banned from practicing medicine for five years.
