Tanner Lane Erwin was a 32-year-old man who passed away on May 21, 2023. He was born on December 29, 1990, in Fort Worth, Texas, to his parents, Kenneth Dale Erwin and Erva (Walls) Erwin.

Tanner was known for being an extremely hard worker and for his love of the great outdoors. He enjoyed activities such as hunting and fishing.

Tanner was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Claudine Walls. He is survived by his wife, Lauren Elizabeth Erwin of Lipan, Texas and their two beloved daughters Ella Rae and Joleigh Beth.

Tanner’s memory will also be cherished by his parents, Kenneth and Erva Erwin. His brothers Tye and Tate and their wives Marla and Holly, respectively.

His paternal grandparents, A.M. and Juanita Erwin, his maternal grandfather Pete Walls, and his parents-in-law, Matt and Donna Gaines.

A memorial service will be held in Tanner’s honor on Friday, May 26, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at the Galbraith Pickard Funeral Chapel located at 913 North Elm Street in Weatherford, Texas.

Don DeFoor will officiate the service. All who knew and loved him will celebrate Tanner’s life and legacy.
