Eric C. Salvador, a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), issued an arrest warrant for Wisam.
Wisam’s wife reported to the Alabama Department of Human Resources, seeing videos of a minor female child watching adult porn on his phone.
She knew a minor female child and her mother, as they had met at a conference in Atlanta, Georgia.
The mother was a Wisam student in an online school about the Quran. During the training, he told her that achieving an orgasm would help her spiritually and allow her to communicate with Allah better.
He had asked the mother to make additional s*xually explicit videos of her daughter for him.
Later, the mother bought a vibrator s*x toy for her daughter, hoping to become closer to Allah.
She would film performing s*xual acts on themselves and send the videos to Wisam through Telegram, and he would guide them on how far they were progressing on their quest to become closer to Allah.
Authorities seized multiple electronic devices and s*xual toys from their residence in Chelsea, Alabama.
Nonetheless, Wisam’s employment contract was terminated due to his severe violations from the AlMaghrib Institute, and they mentioned
