Donald C. Reinhoudt was born in Brocton, New York, on March 6, 1945.
Tragically, he passed away at 78 on July 4, 2023. Similarly, he follows the Christian faith.
After completing his degree in finance, Reinhoudt embarked on a career as an accountant in his parents’ accounting firm.
Later, he assumed the role of Director at the Chautauqua County Youth Bureau, where he dedicated himself to the welfare of the county’s youth until his retirement.
In his personal life, he was happily married to his wife, Pam.
Additionally, he had two children from a previous marriage to Cindy Wyatt.
Cindy and Don’s love story began in 1966 when they crossed paths at a weightlifting competition in Columbus, Ohio.
While pursuing a psychology major, Cindy was captivated by the event and became a spectator.
This chance encounter blossomed into a relationship, and they eventually tied the knot in 1969.
Likewise, Cindy played an instrumental role in Reinhoudt’s life, giving him unwavering encouragement and support when pursuing Powerlifting.
She became his number one coach and mentor, attending his early powerlifting contests during the mid-1970s.
