Christine Sinclair parents are Bill (father) and Sandra (mother) to whom she was born in June 1983.
Her father, Bill, was a Canadian amateur soccer champion who played for the University of British Columbia and the New Westminster Blues in the Pacific Coast Soccer League.
Bill was 69 years old when he died on April 16, 2016, less than four months before the Rio Olympics.
