Buster Murdaugh Health is getting worse daily, suffering from mental illness. Buster is the eldest brother who survived the Murdaugh Murders.

The recent crime documentary series released on Netflix, Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal, shows the incident in past that led to the murders of two members of the same family. The mother and son from the Murdaugh family belonged to an elite and wealthy family from South Carolina.

Maggie and Paul Murdaugh both were murdered in June 2021. Alex Murdaugh, the father of Paul and husband of Maggie, is currently facing a trial for the death of two. Alex is charged with the murder of his wife and son; however, he maintained his innocence regarding the case and pleaded not guilty to the crime.

The family of Murdaugh has a long history as powerful and overtaking prosecutors who ruled the era in South Carolina. The family was connected to past scandals, including a boat accident in which drunk Paul Murdaugh drove. The Netflix documentary series got released on the 22nd of February with three parts and explored more about the incidents.

Buster Murdaugh Health Update – Is He Sick?

According to the former college mate, Buster Murdaugh had a mental illness after the death of Buster’s mother and younger brother. And he continues to suffer, as in his dad’s case on Murdaugh Murders.

The elder son Buster Murdaugh is a 26-year-old graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He planned to follow the family firm since the fifth generation of Murdaugh.

Buster has shown his presence on his father’s trial sitting quite behind a few rows back daily.

Murdaugh said in his father’s defence that he was a loving presence destroyed by the real murderers of Maggie and Paul. While the father, Alex Murdaugh, is in the court, Buster is the only living son living relatively quietly.

Buster Murdaugh Wife

Buster Murtagh has not married yet but has a girlfriend named Brooklynn White. Buster refused to live in the hunting lodge where his brother Paul and his mother Maggie were killed.

He lives in a condo with his girlfriend Brookylnn on Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. Brooklynn is an attorney at Olivetti McCray and Withrow Law Firm. White purchased the apartment they are currently staying in in 2021, a month after the murder incident happened.

The family of Murdaugh ruled the Prosecutors’ scene for about an era; the family was considered one of the most successful in the firm. The firm was passed through different generations till now.

The father of Buster, Alex, is currently facing charges of the murder of the family members. Before the incident family of four was Alex Murdaugh’s father, Maggie Murdaugh’s mother, elder son Buster Murdaugh and younger son Paul Murdaugh.

Paul was involved in a vital boat crash in 2019 that killed Mallory Beach, and the family of Beach has been negotiating since then. Recently, the family got a lot of settlements that removed Buster and Maggie’s names from the incident.

During the accident in 2019, Paul was reportedly drunk while driving the boat. He was charged with the death of Mallory and got out of bail with his death. Paul allegedly bought alcohol with the ID card of his brother Buster on the day of the collision and used Maggie’s credit card.
