His biological Father was a drug dealer. He grew up in a less affluent neighborhood. Being a son of a drug dealer was not easy, as Alex had a tough upbringing.
The fighter revealed that he was molested by a rival gang when his father went to prison. The unpleasant moment and turmoil led his family to stay away and move to a safer location in a more affluent suburb.
Staying away from such matters, Caceres trained at Young Tigers Foundation. The tough fighter often smiled during competitions, claiming himself as inventive and creative.
