Following an incident in Pittsburgh, Robert Huggins, a resident of Morgantown, West Virginia, was arrested.
Pittsburgh Police encountered a black SUV obstructing traffic around 8:30 p.m. on Friday. The vehicle had a deflated and torn tire, and its driver’s side door was left open.
After instructing the driver, identified as Robert Huggins, to move the SUV off the road, officers observed Huggins struggling to handle the vehicle, leading them to conduct a traffic stop.
Suspecting intoxication, the officers questioned Huggins and proceeded to administer field sobriety tests, which he failed.
Huggins informed the officers that he had been attending a basketball camp with his brother in Sherrpdsville, Ohio, approximately 90 minutes away from Pittsburgh.
