Brian Sicknick was a member of the United States Capitol Police( USCP). Brian Sicknick Wife, Sandra Garza, is suing former U.S. president Donald Trump for Brian’s death.
Brian Sicknick died on January 7, 2021, after suffering two strokes the day after responding to an attack on the United States Capitol.
The District of Columbia chief forensic pathologist found that Sicknick had ended up dead from a stroke, categorizing his death as natural and commenting that ‘all that unfolded had an impact on his condition.’
On February 2, 2021, his final resting place was laid in honor in the Capitol Rotunda before he was buried with full honors at Arlington National Cemetery.
Julian Khater and George Tanios were arrested on March 14 for assaulting the late officer Brian with a chemical spray, among other charges.

Brian Sicknick Wife Sandra Garza And Family Now
Brian Sicknick wife, Sandra Garza, had been together for more than eleven years before his untimely death.
As per sources, Brian likes to relax at home with his longtime girlfriend and loves watching M*A*S*H, Band of Brothers, South Park, and Reno 911, as well as various action movies.
Although little is known about Garza, there are images of the couple on social media, where many people have expressed their condolences to the fallen pair.
Gladys Sicknikc and Sandra, the wife of Brian, have requested meetings with all Republican senators to urge them to form an independent commission to investigate the Capitol attack by a pro-Donald Trump mob.
Garza slams Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell’s refusal to call the January 6 attack an insurgency in an interview with CNN on June 8.
Now Garza is suing in civil court on behalf of Signit’s state, suing President Trump for $10 million, and suing confessed rioters Julian Carter and George Tanios for $10 million each.
Brian Sicknick Autopsy report
Numerous outlets stated that Sicknick died due to injuries, but the Washington, D.C., medical examiner later reported that Brian had no injuries.
Within a day of his death, the U.S. Capitol Police and the U.S. Justice Department stated that he died due to riot-related injuries.
Meanwhile, the media reported for weeks, citing two anonymous law enforcement officials, that Sicknick died after being struck in the head with a fire extinguisher during the unrest.
Brian Sicknick case details
The late officer was on duty with the Capitol Police outside the Capitol’s west side on January 6, 2021, during the attack on the United States Capitol.
Rioters attempted to breach the police line formed by bicycle rack barricades at 2:23 pm. At the same time, Brian and other officers were pepper sprayed and could not perform their duties for approximately 20 minutes.
Sicknick stepped back, knelt, and washed his face with water, and rioters breached the police line and took control of the west side of the building within five minutes of the pepper spray attack.
Sicknick collapsed at the Capitol around 10 pm and was taken to a local hospital. Brian died around 9:30 pm on January 7, 2021, after being hospitalized for nearly a day.
