Marquis Amonte found himself in legal trouble recently. According to TMZ, the musician was arrested over the weekend following an incident involving his girlfriend. The arrest occurred after a reported “verbal altercation” between Shy Glizzy and his on-off girlfriend.
The situation escalated when he allegedly pulled out a gun and threatened his girlfriend on a public street at around 9 a.m. on May 13. Following the argument, he left the scene. However, West Hollywood Sheriff’s Deputies became involved, and a criminal report was filed.
