Sean Hannity Didn’t Left Fox News But Moved To Florida With Representatives Of Same Ideologies

Sean Hannity Leaving Fox News

Sean Hannity, an American conservative television presenter and broadcaster, is in the spotlight for his departure rumors from Fox News, which doesn’t seem accurate.

He hosts The Sean Hannity Show, a nationally syndicated talk radio show, and a self-titled political commentary program on Fox News.

Highlights

  • Sean Hannity isn’t leaving Fox News but has started hosting talk shows from Florida, where he can be with representatives of the same ideologies.
  • He was the host named in Dominion Voting Systems v. Fox News Network defamation lawsuit about the plaintiff company’s voting machines.
  • He has amassed an estimated net worth of $250 million and earns around $25 million annually from Fox News.

Sean Patrick Hannity hosted his first radio talk show, which aired 40 hours in 1989 at KCSB-FM, the volunteer college station at UC Santa Barbara.

His weekly show on KCSB was canceled due to the gay and lesbian rights controversy, and he left the network to be the afternoon talk show host of WVNN radio station.

Afterward, Roger Ailes, Fox News co-founder, hired him in September 1996 to host a television program, Hannity and LTBD. Later, it was changed to Hannity & Colmes after Alan Colmes joined as a co-host.

Sean described himself as a propagandist but not a journalist and was an early supporter of Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election.

Sean Hannity Isn’t Leaving Fox News

Netizens speculated that Sean Hannity is leaving Fox News, but there has been no official confirmation.

Instead of departing from the network, he announced that he would relocate to Florida from New York with representatives who share his ideologies.

Sean continues to host his Fox News shows from Florida and expressed,

If anybody is listening to this program for any length of time, I have been threatening to do this for quite a while, but we are now beginning our first broadcast of my new home, which is in the free state of Florida. I am out. I am done. I’m finished. New York, New York, goodbye. Florida, Florida, if you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. But it’s great to be here.

He was also the host named in Dominion Voting Systems v. Fox News Network defamation lawsuit about the plaintiff company’s voting machines.

Fox News settled the lawsuit for $787.5 million and was required to acknowledge that the broadcast statements were false.

Furthermore, he has been with the network since it launched in 1996 and has maintained a consistent presence.

Sean Hannity Has Amassed a $250 Million Net Worth

The top anchors of Fox News earn substantial salaries, ranging to millions of dollars annually. Thus, Sean earns $25 million per year from Fox News.

Sean’s remaining earnings mainly come from a radio syndication deal with Premiere Networks signed in 2019.

Likewise, in 2014, he bought two large apartment complexes in Georgia for $22.7 million and rented them for $700-$1,000 per month.
