That violent act had caused a county-wide BOLO alert for the perpetrator, and the authorities followed Andrews to his mother’s house.
Earlier that day, he stole four knives and threatened his family, prompting aggravated assault warrants against him.
His arr*st was an unfolding drama. Spring Hill police chased him down through the Brixon subdivision.
Dashcam and body cam video show Andrews was on a wild spending spree before broadsiding into a construction truck and string to make his escape on foot.
