The Fox News personality updated her followers on social media about her health and what happened.
“Well, it started with a fun day of skiing in Colorado,” she said. But the host’s teenage kids then challenged her to a race down the mountain toward the end of the day.
Laura agreed to the challenge and made the gamble. She continued, “I won the race to the ER at the Aspen Hospital.” She did indeed get a knee injury, as she had suspected.
She tore the ACL and PCL, two ligaments in her leg. She called the incident a bummer and said it broke her heart.
She added, “It’s going to be a long road ahead in rehab, but we’ll get there. Thanks to everyone out there for your prayers and concern -I’m going to be OK, I’m doing fine.”

On her official Twitter account, Anne tweeted an image. Her dog was also pictured with her in the picture, which showed her leg wrapped in bandages. The tweet’s description read: “Post-op recovery is always better with dogs!” Thanks for all the well wishes and to my phenomenal surgeons. Blessed!”
She is currently healing. Yet she omitted details about her injury and the medical care she received. People on Twitter wished her a speedy recovery and sent warm wishes.
The editor-in-chief thanked her family and friends for supporting her and the medical and physical therapy professionals in Los Angeles who have worked to get her back on her feet following a skiing accident in January.
Additionally, she received treatment for her breast cancer after receiving a diagnosis in 2005.
