The victim was Ibn Williams who was a former basketball player at Coppin State University
Williams alleges that he was manipulated and forced into sharing sexually explicit images and videos of himself being sexually assaulted by Lucian Brownlee, the Assistant Coach and Director of Player Development at the time.
Williams claims that Brownlee catfished him online and then used the intimate photos and texts to blackmail him into videotaping a private sexual act.
When Williams refused Brownlee’s demands for sex, Brownlee threatened to reveal the encounter.
When Williams and Dixon got together to talk about something else, the subject of Brownlee came up during their conversation.
According to the reports, Dixon did not take any action against Brownlee for disclosing private videos and sexual harassment of Ibn.
The Dixons have not made any public statement on the matter.

Juan Dixon, a former professional basketball player and coach was born on October 9, 1978, in Baltimore, Maryland.
He was raised by his grandparents, Roberta and Warnick Graves, after his parents, Juanita and Phil, died of AIDS-related illnesses when he was only 17.
Growing up in Baltimore, Juan attended Calvert Hall College High School in Towson, Maryland, where he began playing basketball.
After completing his education, Juan was selected by the Washington Wizards in the second round of the 2002 NBA Draft.
He played for several NBA teams, including the Wizards, the Portland Trail Blazers, the Toronto Raptors, and the Detroit Pistons, before retiring from professional basketball in 2011.
Juan married his high school sweetheart, Robyn Bragg, in July 2005. The couple has two sons, Carter and Corey.
