Reportedly, influencer Jam Magno turns herself in on psychological violence to authorities in Butuan City.
As suggested by Butuan City Police Station 4 Chief Captain Charles Evan Gatchalian, Magno turned herself in on 12 December 2023.
As per multiple local media reports in the Philippines, presiding Judge Ali Joseph Ryan Chiong Lloren issued an arrest warrant for psychological violence. Likewise, Lloren served at Misamis Oriental Regional Trial Court, Branch 37.
She was not arrested. she voluntarily surrendered to us with a relative and a legal counsel.

Social media personality Jessica Ann “Jam” Magno’s mugshot news now trends locally in the Philippines. As per the reports, she is a known supporter of former President Rodrigo Duterte’s administration.
Reportedly, Magno has surrendered herself to the Butuan City authorities. As mentioned by police officials recently, they have no details as to what led to the case filing.
The police official also revealed that Magno, 35, posted P72,000 bail at around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
The Butuan City judge issued a bail order against the social media personality.
Meanwhile, Magno mentioned to the reports that she was arrested, stating that she turned herself in because she knew was “not guilty.” She wrote in a Facebook post on 12 December reading:
Have you ever seen a mugshot that’s much prettier than mine? Funny that people said I was arrested.
Correction. I surrendered and posted my 72,000 peso bail and never asked for a discount. More so, I was escorted by an entire TEAM of Butuan’s BEST.
The social media personality mockingly added saying that she had a wonderful experience that day. She said, “Thank you to the Butuan City Police Station 4. I actually loved it! Hahahahaha!”
